This film wrapping machine is based on a cold packaging system<\/b><\/h2><\/div>

A few weeks ago at the <\/span>LIGNA fair in Hannover<\/span><\/a>, CMB <\/span>presented some innovations that we have recently incorporated to the film wrapping machine that belongs to the COOLPACK series and specifically to our model COOLPACK-150<\/b>. <\/span><\/p>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div>

This packaging machine uses a cold system, which means that it does not need the application of any heat source to achieve a quality result capable of protecting the products.<\/span><\/p>\n

As the application of heat is not necessary to achieve an optimum packaging result, <\/span>the energy used <\/b>in the packaging process <\/span>is optimised<\/b>, making packaging with one of the <\/span>COOLPACK <\/span><\/a>Series machines more economical than other packaging systems using heat application with shrink tunnels.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div>

Without any doubt, one of the main concerns of those customers who visited us at LIGNA was that they were betting on <\/span>sustainable packaging solutions<\/span><\/a>. At CMB we have been working in this direction for many years, so this was not a problem for us.<\/span><\/p>\n

In fact, the film wrappers of the COOLPACK series <\/span>only use 100% recyclable and recycled packaging materials<\/b>. The polyethylene bubble film that protects the product with a first layer and the polyethylene stretch film that holds it and forms the outer layer are completely recyclable.<\/span><\/p>\n

Not only that, but the COOLPACK Series machines have already been designed with the <\/span>aim of providing efficient packaging by minimising the film used in the process<\/b>, so that waste is kept to a minimum, as well as optimising the energy consumption required for their operation.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div>

New in the COOLPACK-150-EXPRESS series: we are incorporating a super geared crown to the film wrapping machine <\/b><\/h2><\/div><\/div><\/div>

After several years of work, CMB-Barber\u00e1n has achieved what seemed impossible some time ago: the <\/span>slewing ring <\/b>in charge of applying the stretchable polyethylene film around the product is no longer a belt-driven slewing ring with a smooth contour, but <\/span>a large, extremely reliable and low-maintenance toothed super-crown.<\/b><\/p>\n

And what does the addition of the <\/span>SC-Super Crown or SC-Super Crown <\/b>mean? Quite simply: this state-of-the-art slewing ring gear enables <\/span>higher performance<\/b>, <\/span>greater efficiency, higher precision <\/b>and requires <\/span>minimal maintenance<\/b>.<\/span><\/p>\n

Without any doubt, this improvement makes the COOLPACK-150-EXPRESS an even more competitive film wrapping machine, capable of meeting the highest expectations.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div>

This girth gear also allowed us to optimise the throughput capacity of the product to be wrapped, so that the flow of work when wrapping with the COOLPACK-150-EXPRESS is now much greater, which is extremely important, increasing the performance and work capacity of each of our models.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div>

Easier, more intuitive operation and remote control on the COOLPACK-150-EXPRESS model<\/b><\/h3><\/div>

There are a couple of other modifications that we have applied to the COOLPACK-150-EXPRESS film wrapping machine and that we present at LIGNA. The first of these is the <\/span>10″ control screen<\/b>, which is larger than the one previously installed on this automatic wrapping machine. Thanks to this larger screen, it is more intuitive and simple to use, making it <\/span>easier than ever to carry out precise manoeuvres.<\/b><\/p>\n

The new COOLPACK-150-EXPRESS also has an <\/span>advanced remote control system that allows you to modify manoeuvres remotely <\/b>or even resolve faults in real time without having to be present. <\/span><\/p>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div>
