Once the sales technician contacts the customer, the first thing he does is to carefully study the customer’s needs. All CMB packaging machines can be customized to a high percentage in order to adapt them even more to the customer’s specific case. In this phase of the process, the sales technician is assisted by the technical department to determine the dimensions and characteristics of such important elements as the transport tables for product infeed and outfeed, the working height required for the industrial packaging machinery, the film application devices required, the size of the shrink tunnel entrance, the packaging material to be used if it is to be customized with the company’s corporate image, and anything else that needs to be tailored to the customer’s needs. When the machine design is ready, the construction process begins. At this moment we also start to manage how this new machine and its components will be shipped to the customer’s house. At CMB we export most of the machines we manufacture and we have extensive experience in shipping our machines, for example, via sea, air and also long distance land transport. If necessary, we can send our technicians to install and start up the supplied equipment. However, some of the models of packaging machinery we manufacture are designed so that they can be activated autonomously without too many complications.

• ERL Series. Packing machines with rotary system and envelopes that work with polyethylene film of the stretchable and totally recyclable type. It guarantees fastening and firmness with a very low energy consumption.
• The COOLPACK Series. These are CMB’s most successful machines. A system that combines polyethylene stretch film with bubble film, which offers an extra layer of protection. Both types of film are also fully recyclable.

The SUPER P Series. An additional module for certain cold packaging machines that further increases the levels of protection at the top and bottom, leaving the package completely closed and with the possibility of using different types of materials.

CMB’s catalog of heated packaging machinery includes three types of heated industrial packaging machinery. The models we manufacture at CMB are:

• The ERS Series or overlap shrink wrapper. It is perfect for maximum display and production in a short period of time. It works with fully recyclable heat shrinkable polyethylene film.
• The ERB Series features the union of its two modules: the film applicator and sealing head and the shrink tunnel. It uses fully recyclable heat-shrinkable polyethylene film and offers perfect finishes that allow the product inside to be seen without difficulty.
• The COMBO Series is the most automatic as well as unique machine, which allows to pack products of different sizes without having to change the shrink film reel, as it has different working stations and automatically detects the size of the package to direct it to the right one.
• It also works with fully recyclable heat-shrinkable polyethylene film.
