The facilities are composed of an entrance table, a welding head and a set of metal blades that have film, an intermediate table and a retraction tunnel.
Its operation is as follows: the product is deposited on the center of the input conveyor table. Then, it passes through the sheet of semi-tube film formed and welded at the beginning. Subsequently, the welding head moves down to weld the other side of the film, leaving the product completely closed. When it goes into the tunnel, the plastic and the overlap welding of the bottom sheets contract. It is an ideal system for all those companies or packaging plants that need to obtain a total visualization of the product, optimizing production times, adjusting costs and increasing their added value.

The COMBO is very useful when you want to pack products of different sizes without having to change the shrink film reel since the machine detects the size of the package and sends it to the part of the machine that has the film reel that best fits the size. The ERB is ideal for packaging products that require a highly finished finish on textiles, furniture, bed bases, mattresses, wood and automotive accessories. The ERS, on the other hand, is designed for fast packaging of wooden profiles, parquet, slats, moldings or profiles.
The ERS or overlap shrink wrapper is a heat wrapping machine that uses 100% recyclable shrink film. The main characteristic or attribute of this type of film is that when heat is applied to it, it shrinks and adapts completely to the shape of the product it wraps. Therefore, it is perfect for fast and agile packaging of products or packages of medium and large dimensions, achieving a perfect, beautiful finish and allowing a clear view inside.
