Industrial packaging machinery for both hot and cold processing

The current market is growing and evolving at a rapid pace. It is a certainty that the fact of automating a packaging line makes the company in question more competitive, efficient and better.
At CMB, we have more than one model of packaging machines, both for cold and hot work. Our equipment can use different materials, such as shrink film, stretch film or bubble film, achieving a superlative degree of safety and quality in packaging.

As far as cold packaging machinery is concerned, we have two models, ERL and COOLPACK, and a complementary module called SUPER P.

The ERL packer is designed to pack and work with a long list of products with stretch film. This is a packaging machine for large products, furniture of all sizes, furniture kits, doors, windows, stacked sheets, textiles, polystyrene, profiles, mouldings, blinds, pipes, etc…

This packaging machine is designed for the packaging of stacked packages, being able to offer a very high degree of hold. As if that were not enough, the packaging is much more economical than shrink wrapping because energy consumption is lower, and it is not necessary to adapt the size of the reel to the product to be packaged.

On the other hand, if we look at the COOLPACK packaging machine, we are looking at a packaging machine capable of combining stretch film with bubble, achieving a very high degree of protection, as a result of the combination of the film’s holding effect and the cushioning effect of the bubble.

PACKAGING MACHINERY FOR COLD WORK

If we look at our machinery for working with heat, we will see that, in this case, we have three models with different characteristics: ERB, COMBO and ERS.

For example, our ERB packaging machine is ideal for a multitude of products such as furniture of all kinds, wood, mattresses, textiles, profiles and enclosures, automotive accessories, etc. It is designed to work with polyethylene film.

It is designed to work with polyethylene film; this film, with heat, shrinks and exerts a girdle effect on the product, protecting and insulating it from dust, water, and other external aggressions.
